Salient Achievements

Dr. Anant Bahadur has about 26 years of experience in vegetable crops research. He has developed 10 water-efficient technologies, 5 organic farming modules, 4 IPNM modules and 4 grafting technologies.

He popularised innovative grafting technologies such as Pomato and Brimato, which gained national recognition through print and electronic media. Three of his technologies have been certified by ICAR.

He also contributed to the development of two high-temperature tolerant tomato hybrids (Kashi Tapas and Kashi Adbhut).

His publications include 67 research papers, 72 popular articles, 3 books, 57 book chapters, 7 technical bulletins and 27 extension folders, besides leading several in-house and competitive grant projects.
