Profile
Field of Specialization
Microbial Biotechnology, Plant–Microbe Interaction studies, Bioinformatics, Microbial Formulations, Biotic and abiotic stress mitigation mechanisms in plants using metabolomics, proteomics & transcriptomics approaches.
Research Interests
Broad research interests include developing consortia bioformulations of trait-specific plant-beneficial microbial species; deciphering cellular, metabolic and molecular basis of biotic and abiotic stress tolerance mechanisms in plants; and studying plant-microbial interaction responses in the regime of drought and high temperature.
